It is with heavy and sad hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, wife, grandmother and great-grandmother. She leaves behind her loving husband, Claude, of 63 years; 3 children, Claudia, Pam (Gord), Marty (Rita), Rupert and Connie; 9 grandchildren, Ariane (James), Jessica (Eric), Abbey (Alex), Chelsea (Cam), Emma (Steve) Drew, Ally, Nia, Sydney; 11 great-grandchildren; Audrey, Georgia, Peyton, Amalie, Finnigan, Fergus, Wyatt, Paisley, Jonathan, Madalynn, Penelope; sisters Karen (Jack), Roberta. Carla was pre-deceased by her daughter, Lori in 2003. A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, December 5th, 2016 at Fort Langley Evangelical Free Church, 8870 Glover Road, Fort Langley at 11:00 am. The family would like to thank all the nurses, staff and volunteers for their loving care, kindness and support during mom’s last days. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Langley Hospice Society.
