Robert Tredwell
December 19, 1922 - August 26, 2016
From a farm boy born in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, to riding the rails,
to a coal miner, Dad joined the Canadian Army in 1942.
He proudly served his country for 32 years and another 18 years as foreman for C.E. on the base in Jericho. He was predeceased by his
wife Rae (2013) and his daughter, Darlene Burns (2015); his brother
Stan and sister Ruth. He is survived by his daughters Barbara Nelson (Joe Bruni), Chilliwack; Linda Sabiston, Comox; son Jim Tredwell (Carman Dolinsek), Langley; sisters Peg Brunet & Betty Burnett;
sisters-in-law Kay Kennay & Chic Connors. Also survived by his much
loved grandchildren Nicole Burns, Michelle and Frank Sabiston,
and Jim and Rob Nelson, and his great-grandkids Danika,
Colton and Adelayde. Remembered by his out-laws John Burns,
Gord Nelson & Frank Sabiston, Sr.
